I just finished listening to the Richard Roop webinar of Questions and Answers and it was WELL worth spending my Sunday night. Even though I consider myself to be a relatively experienced investor, I learned quite a bit because he is sharing with people what he is learning from all the investors he is working with too.

On the video, he was still referencing the videos that he has posted on finding the best deals, raising private funds to do deals and, on the site, it looks like there is a third video coming, so I suspect that they may stay up for a couple more days.
